Officiellement lancée le 31 décembre 2015, en quoi consiste cette communauté de l’ASEAN ? Va-t-elle bénéficier à ses Etats-membres et à leurs partenaires européens ? Quelle influence aura-t-elle ? Renforcera-t-elle la sécurité régionale et contribuera-t-elle à l’émergence d’une identité régionale ?
Des diplomates, experts et chercheurs discuteront du contenu ainsi que du processus de mise en œuvre de la Communauté de l’ASEAN.
Cette conférence est organisée par l’Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) et par le Centre Asie de l’IFRI, avec le soutien du Comité ASEAN à Paris. Elle se déroulera en anglais.
