Maxime Audinet is a Research Fellow at Ifri's Russia/NIS Center since 2018 and a PhD Candidate at Paris Nanterre University. His research focuses on post-Soviet Russia’s influence through “soft power”, and studies the actors and practices of Russian public diplomacy (international broadcasting, cultural diplomacy, digital diplomacy). He has conducted several research studies on the field in Russia. Has has taught political science, ethics of war and Russian studies at Sciences Po Paris and Paris Nanterre University and holds a Master’s degree in political science (political theory) from the Doctoral School of Sciences Po Paris.
