Japanese ODA and Africa : Towards a profitable partnership? Asie.Visions 10, September 2008
Japan has recently announced a new increase of its Official Development Assistance towards Africa, thus showing its will to reinforce its presence on the continent. The Japanese ODA, whose structure and main principles have been reformed these last few years, is set to play a major role in the new Japanese strategy in Africa.
