Officially launched on 31 December 2015, what is this ASEAN Community all about? How will it benefit or impact its member-states and European partners?  Will it enhance regional security and contribute to the emergence of an ASEAN identity?

Diplomats, experts and academics will discuss the content as well as the implementation process towards the ASEAN Community.
