Cette conférence examine les motivations, les objectifs et les moyens de cette approche, à travers une analyse de la coopération économique et commerciale d'une part (Prospérité) et de la coopération diplomatique et sécuritaire d'autre part (Peuples et Paix ). La New Southern Policy permettra-t’elle à la Corée du Sud de s’assurer une place parmi les diverses stratégies « indo-pacifiques » qui visent à façonner la région ?
