Eszter KARACSONY
Project Officer to the Director of Ifri
Holding a Master's degree in EU-International relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges), as well as a Master’s degree in European Politics and Public Affairs from Sciences Po Strasbourg and one in Contemporary History from the University of Strasbourg, Eszter Karacsony joined Ifri in 2022, as project Officer to the Director.
Prior to that, she worked as Programme Manager for an NGO, a network of European cities and regions, specialized in urban security. Eszter was mainly in charge of the association’s institutional relations (e.g., with the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Committee of the Regions, and the Council of Europe) as well as the management of EU co-funded projects. Before this professional experience, she interned at the European Parliament and at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (now INSP).
