Round-table discussions with Jean-Luc Racine, research director (CNRS/CEIAS) and Ramesh Mulye, former Indian ambassador and strategic advisor in France for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Few weeks after a convincing victory in the 15th Lok Sabha elections and one day after the presentation of the 2009-10 budget, what stance will the Congress-led government adopt on foreign and domestic policies ?
