Energy Power Games in Asia

A conference with Professor Tatsuo Masuda, visiting Professor to Paris Dauphine, former Vice-President of the Japan National Oil Corporation and former Director at IEA.

Professor Masuda will discuss the development of power games in the energy sector among major players in Asia: China, Japan, Russia, India and ASEAN. The East Siberian Oil Pipeline project will be included as a typical example of such power games. Professor Masuda has been Vice-President of the Japan National Oil Corporation and Director at IEA.
