Public Debt: the New Accounting System (SEC 95 revision)

In the context of the economic crisis budget deficit became a major issue in public debate. This Ifri event will address questions as follows:
-What are the major changes to be expected by the SEC 95 revision?
-How is the debt of public enterprises integrated into the debt calculation? And how did the unbundling, and debt burden to the new network operators impact on the railway sector? (French, British, German Examples)
