Le Centre des Etudes de sécurité (CES) de l'Ifri et la Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique (FRS) lancent un nouveau cycle de séminaire sur " 2012 La défense en question ".
Les élections présidentielles et législatives de 2012 constituent une occasion unique pour ouvrir un débat public et dépassionné sur les réalités de la Défense française et les difficultés, notamment budgétaires, auxquelles elle est confrontée.
Cette première session du 22 septembre, de 12h à 14h, portera sur les leçons d'une décennie d'opérations et donnera la parole à Etienne de Durand, directeur du CES, Camille Grand, directeur de la FRS et Jean-Dominique Merchet, auteur du blog Secret-Défense. Le séminaire sera suivi d'une discussion avec Philippe Gros, chercheur à la FRS et Elie Tenenbaum, assistant de recherche au CES.
Les personnes inscrites seront admises en salle de conférences par ordre d'arrivée et dans la mesure des places disponibles.
