Still candidate for EU membership, a major ally to envision a long-term stabilization in the Middle East and a key actor to resolve the migrant crisis, Turkey seems weakened by internal flaws and threatened by spreading regional conflicts. After tense legislative elections won by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s party, relations with the European Union do not seem to become less complex. Will the attacks in Paris change the modalities of cooperation?
