De tous les conflits et de toutes les réconciliations, le Qatar est devenu la plaque tournante du nouvel ordre politique dans le Monde Arabe. Les intervenants analyseront cette diplomatie tous azimuts lors de notre séminaire.

La table-ronde sera introduite par Monsieur Hasni ABIDI, directeur du CERMAM de Genève et sera modérée par Monsieur Denis BAUCHARD, Conseiller spécial de l'Ifri.
