The Study Committee for Franco-German Relations (Cerfa) and the Russia/NIS Center at the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri) organize an informal meeting with Stephen Szabo, Executive Director of the Transatlantic Academy - GMF who has recently published a book on "Germany, Russia, and the Rise of Geo-Economics" (Bloomsbury Academic, December 2014).
The seminar will be chaired by Cerfa’s Secretary General Hans Stark and Julien Nocetti, Research Fellow at the Russia/NIS Center.
