Séminaire autour du professeur YOO Jung-hwan, qui analysera les implications pour les relations intercoréennes de l'élection de Mme Park Geun-hye à la présidence de Corée du Sud le 19 décembre dernier.
Le professeur YOO Jung-hwan a enseigné les sciences politiques à l'Université de Cheongju (1986-2010). Il a notamment publié en français "La nation coréenne", dans le numéro 97 de la revue Hérodote (2000) et "La North Limit Line en mer Jaune et le retour de la guerre froide sur la péninsule coréenne" (n°141, Hérodote, 2010). M. YOO est président de l'Association coréenne d'études politiques francophones.
Le séminaire sera présidé par Françoise Nicolas, directeur, Centre Asie Ifri.
