In the run up to COP21, CDC Climat Research and the Ifri Center for Energy are jointly organizing “Climate Breakfast Roundtables “ bringing together key stakeholders with the aim of sharing analyses on the climate policies adopted at local, national and regional levels and on the potential outcomes of the Paris Climate Conference.

On 22nd July, CDC Climat Research and Ifri are honored to welcome Dr. Roberto Dondisch Glowinski, Mexico's lead negotiator for the UN climate talks, and Dr. Rodolfo Lacy Tamayo. They will provide an overview of :
· The key elements of Mexico's climate pledge (INDC);
· Its strategy to balance economic and social development and climate action;
· Its role in the preparation for COP21.
