Antoine d'EVRY
Research fellow
Senior officer of the French Army, Major Antoine d’Evry is a research fellow at the Defense Research Unit. On secondment to Ifri, he brings in an operational experience to the various studies related to modern military interventions, as well as the evolution of the French defense capabilities.
Graduated from Saint-Cyr, he spent the first part of his career in armored units, with which he was deployed several times to operations, essentially in Africa. Within the framework of the “Enseignement Militaire Supérieur”, he served in Kabul in the NATO Training Mission-AFGHANISTAN (NTMA) headquarters in charge of enabling the Afghan National Security Forces. Upon his return, he studied for a year at the “Ecole de Guerre” before joining Ifri in September 2013.
