Les armées évoluent dans un environnement informatique très changeant. nombre de responsables militaires ne perçoivent cet environnement qu'à l'uane des risques qu'il pose. Les réseaux sociaux - comme Facebook, qui attirent des milliers de jeunes soldats - sont d'abord vus comme source de fuites. Quant aux réseaux informatiques eux-mêmes, ils sont vus comme très vulnérables, la mutiplication des cyberttaques, ces dernières années, nourrissant les craintes. La France doit-elle se montrer plus offensives, pour l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux, ou dans la préparation à une éventuelle cyberguerre ?
