Menace islamiste, loi martiale, ... que se passe-t-il aux Philippines?

Philippines' President wants to limit islamist groups' capacity after several attacks in the South of the country.

Attacks from fighters having sworn allegeance to the Islamic State are increasing in the South of the Philippines, in the Mindanao region. To face this threat, the head of State has decided to create an exceptional regime in this part of the country: martial law which allows the army to act with impunity. But how has the country come to this? Is the islamist threat to take seriously?
