German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and the Institute of Contemporary Development (INSOR), H.E. Alexander Kwaśniewski will share his views with further distinguished panelists on the topic “Reciprocity in the modernization partnership Russia - EU” in a key note address at the XV EU-Russia Forum in Brussels on June 15.
