How Can Europeans Agree on a Common Migration Policy? Notes de l'Ifri, February 2009

Immigration was a key priority of the French EU Presidency in 2008.

How Can Europeans Agree on a Common Migration Policy?

The result took the form of a “European Pact on Immigration and Asylum” that was accepted by the EU Council on October 16 2008.
