Can you describe the humanitarian impact of the war in Ukraine, in Europe, including with regards to displacement, and beyond the outside of Europe?

- Humanitarian agencies and NGOs have received major donations from governments and private donors to address the humanitarian needs of Ukrainians? Is it at the expense of other crises? Can we talk of “forgotten crises”?

- What can be the added value of the EU regarding humanitarian policies? Why should Europe develop its autonomy on humanitarian affairs?
