Shivshankar Menon comes from a family of high profile Indian diplomats. Before becoming Foreign Secretary of India, he served as High Commissioner in Pakistan and Ambassador in China and Israel. M. Menon will present the orientations of India's Foreign Policy after the terrorist attacks in Mumbay and the election of a new Americain President.
