A graduate with a master's degree from the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO) in international trade and Russian studies, Marie-Liesse DE CHAPTES joined Ifri in April 2024 as a project officer for the Russia/Eurasia Center. She is in charge of monitoring the Observatory on Russia, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.
