Dr. Laure de Roucy-Rochegonde is the Head of the Geopolitics of Technology Center at Ifri. From March 2020 to February 2024, she was a Research Fellow at Ifri's Security Studies Center, where she worked on the military applications of artificial intelligence, normative conflictuality and arms control. Ph.D in Political Science, she is also an Associate Researcher at the Centre de Recherches Internationales (CERI, Sciences Po/CNRS).

In addition to her research activities, she is a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po Paris, during which she spent a year in the War Studies department at King's College London.
