Bobo LO

 

Bobo Lo est un analyste indépendant des relations internationales. Il est également chercheur associé au centre Russie / Eurasie de l'institut français des relations internationales (Ifri) et chercheur non résident au Lowy Institute, à Sydney, en Australie. Auparavant, il était chef du programme Russie et Eurasie à Chatham House et chef de mission adjoint à l'ambassade d'Australie à Moscou.

 

Dr Lo écrit abondamment sur la politique étrangère russe. Son livre le plus récent, A Wary Embrace: What the China-Russia Relationship Means for the World, a été publié par Penguin Random House Australia en 2017. Son livre Russia and the New World Disorder (Brookings and Chatham House, 2015) a été décrit par The Economist comme "la meilleure tentative à ce jour pour expliquer la relation malheureuse de la Russie avec le reste du monde".
